And that was a total fail...!

Was scheduled DCA-LGA-BOS today. Since the advisory is in effect and BOS is closing down. I cancelled that flight, as I was returning BOS-LGA-DCA tomorrow and had DCA-ATL-LAS later Monday evening.

So, I thought it was best to go DCA-XXX-LAS today. Not only have I been at the airport for 4hours. I tried to standby as a Diamond on a H fare. I looked like a Super Duper kettle, #48 of #56 on the standby list to ATL today and standby closed. FAIL, FAIL, FAIL. I've been fortunate enough to make the MSP connection with a confirmed seat this evening due to some amazing Agents.

I'm only imagining my troubles I'll have returning to DCA mid week and then having to fly out to CHI. This is going to be one hectic week with a fixed hardcoded schedule unfortunately.

Yikes! Good luck with everything. The Midwest is the place to be to get away from Sandy, so you might be better off just going from LAS to ORD/MDW.
