Why is it that Amtrak can get it together for passbook but DL hasn't yet.

Just a comment on Passbook. I've used it twice for United flights (or tried to) and twice for movie theater with and iPhone 5. All were fails with the scanner.

We were shown complete smoke and mirrors at WWDC almost a year ago of a wonderful Delta Passbook App. We were then shown an even more specific iOS 6 with iPhone 5 Display version of the App in September at the iPhone 5 event.

So far the only thing Delta appears to be good at is Photoshop. I'm in software sales and know a snow-job when I see one.
My Delta app is one of my most commonly used apps on my phone, and it pains and frustrates me to have been teased with screenshots and mentions of new functionality with no sign of delivery.
I hope they get on the ball and deliver what was shown to us so many months ago.
