I'm in the Midwest and have no problems accessing the website. But on one of my flights the entire seat map has changed and there are no seat assignments. My seat assignment shows up when I'm logged in, but not when I do dummy booking, but if I change my seat it shows up on a dummy books.

I'm assuming this is related to the website issues.

I spoke to a web support guy. It seems they are starting to get a few calls now. I have no problems on any other websites. Perhaps more people should call. He was not aware of it and had to check with his coworkers. Was viewing my flight options on travelocity and orbitz, hoping Dulta would come back up to do the booking, and in the meantime, the fare went up.

Might be an equipment swap in the works?

Delta.com issue seems to be ISP specific. It does load when using 3G just not my TW ISP.

I would be surprised if it was an equipment swap as its a TATL that is pretty consistently a 767. I guess it could get down graded to a 757. I hope not. I'll wait and see.

Not to worry you but the few times my seat assignment went away that was the reason. But of course, the way things are going today, it could be anything....

Good luck!

The disappoint comes more swiftly, which in one sense may be an improvement. A dead site is right twice a day?

extranet and other delta sites are up and accessible from Orlando. Sounds like a caching server issue.

Been on chat over an hour with TW trying tracert, cleared cookies, turned off friewall and other stuff. Site refuses to load except when using 3G ISP.
