Off to Lihue
Tomorrow CVG-LAX-LIH. Paid Y fare, put a certificate on file, both segments upgraded!
All in all I saved a few hundred per ticket over paid front cabin.
Now, how to avoid the needles...although it was mentioned they were only in BE right? I wonder what surprises domestic first class has in store (catering-wise)

Husband and I went to Kauai about 18 months ago. Last month we spent 10 nights on Oahu.
