The HUGE heading at the top is potentially misleading. Of course, we all know to read the fine print, but, it gives way to the whole marketing mentality.
The other HUGE marketing gaffe is telling people that if you get a DL Amex, you'll be able to board in zone one - - which we all know isn't the even close to the first zone!
