Well the 319's WERE 16 F until they did the same thing to them for EC. If you remember when DL announced this they first said there would be no reduction in FC seats, then they said 319 only, and now, of course, the 320 is being reduced (as several of us here already knew).
To be fair, they never claimed that there would be no reduction of F seats with the Economy Comfort rollout. It was clarified within a few days that the A320 would be reduced from 16 to 12. Deceptive indeed, but not a lie. |

The 320s are being done now, as EC is put in. |

No, the 319s were converted to only 12 FC shortly after the merger, not for the EC seats.

Right... DL came through on this promise..... When you compare similar AC across all the domestic legacies, Delta comes in at or ahead of the competition in terms of number of F seats. |

They did add F seats to the MD-88, MD-90 and 767-300. In addition they added seats to the E170s and of course made all CRJ-700s 2 class.

I thought Michelle reported back that t was only the 319 that was losing FC seats? There are 50 some odd 320's...thats a lot of UG's out the window,
Who is Michelle? (I have a poor memory... and my age is increasing more rapidly than her post count.):D |

Not the 737-700s. I think they only have 12F seats.

Right, in order to match DL's latest "keep climbing" campaign, which to most people seem more like "keep descending."
