Delta KLM Fare class errors, need help pricing
Hi everyone, I'm struggling today to purchase a ticket on DL/KLM.
This issue has persisted now for 12+ hours...
On DL.com, KLM.com, even kayak, I see routes and fares in K,U, and T available and priced at $1,723.10 or less. But on Delta, on the final confirmation screen, the fare jumps to $6100!! On KLM.com, it simply states seats are not available.
I've spent 1.5 hours with three Diamond reps. The third was extremely sympathetic and helpful, yet could not book a seat. She said her "low price" search also showed $1723.10, yet KL is not making seats available in buckets other than Y or M. She said she can see the seats are clearly available, yet we just cannot book them.
It doesn't seem like this is a normal price hike, Delta implied that it is some type of fare code alignment issue and should resolve. In the meantime I can't book and am becoming concerned.
My question is, does anyone know any other workarounds on this? Any suggestions?
My intended travel is:
Jan 8: STL-NBO
(depart STL 14:05 via DTW+AMS, arrive NBO Jan 10 20:40)
Jan 21: ADD-STL
(depart ADD 23:30 via AMS+DTW, arrive STL Jan 22 13:30)
My issue is not unique to this open-jaw request or my specific dates. A simple STL-NBO round trip with similar dates is also unable to be booked via delta.
Sorry for the long post, I would appreciate any insights. Thanks!

The only other trick that might work is to try and find your flight combos at hipmunk.com (my newest favorite site)
It will then give you buttons to try and book on all the websites it thinks it can (e.g. one button for af.com, another for klm.com, another for delta.com -- if possible)
Go through each website and see what happens. I usually get lucky with pricing funny-business like this on klm.com after delta and af.com fail.
