When does AMEX Bonus post?
I forget... I just earned my $50,000 spending, second 10,000 MQM bonus. I did it before the end of the year, so I know I'll get it, but will it take till the next billing cycle date? Possibly making me wait till after January first for them to process it retroactively?
Any insight would be appreciated.

Most likely the bonus will post shortly after the close of the monthly statement in which you reached the spend bonus. If that's not until January 2012 for you, then as long as you met the 2011 spending threshold, the bonus will be credited retroactively and, if applicable, the advance in your Medallion tier.

Oh, I didn't realize that that for some people it posted on different days. It probably has something to do with the day the card is activated. Mine always posts on the 22nd unless it falls on a weekend.

Thanks, everyone. I have gone past the spending amount, in 2011, but my statement date isn't until January 7th. So, I assume, around January 9th, I'll get the 10K MQM retroactively applied. It won't advance me, as it will just bring me from 53K MQM to 63K MQM, but still, I'd like to make sure I start next year with 13K MQM rollover.
