That bus would be hard to access from Bethesda, which is about 10 miles west of the Greenbelt metro, unless you are willing to spend almost 30 minutes on the metro to get to Gallery Place (two stops west of Union Station), and then schlep down the escalator to the Green/Yellow line platform and ride another 30 minutes to Greenbelt; then wait for the bus for another 30-35 minutes to BWI. I understand that overnight parking in the Greenbelt park/ride lot is discouraged.

Thanks for the advice but fortunately I got a ride.
For those who are curious, I just passed through security at 11:45 Thursday with ZERO wait. Far right line was just metal detectors. However the tsa fella asked me to remove my belt (usually leave it on). Nevertheless I cleared security in under 5 minutes

The difference is that the Maryland Aviation Authority (unconstrained by slot controls and real-estate) has acted fairly and agressively to promote a level playing field and the free market. The LCCs are the winners, therfore one won't see the legacy base required for a legacy club.

That said, given that they closed the NW club at IAD after the merger, I can't see DL building out a club at BWI at this point. The BWI and IAD demographics aren't all that different. I will also go on record as stating that it's my belief that they'd close the club at DCA if it weren't for the traffic that DCA gets from the Hill and lobbyists (especially considering that the slot-trade will reduce DCA traffic even more).

Any Delta ft flyer use it yet? some recent UA reviews are here
Overall, the club is decent. The advantages of the Airspace Lounge is that I have never seen it crowded and you get one free free food item (think sandwich or salad) or alcoholic drink with entry. They are happy to pack your food to go and include napkins and bottled water if you are running off to a flight, which is nice. The wi-fi is free and works reasonably well.
As for disadvantages, the club is small and I think they stream the TV channels for their TVs over the internet because they are really choppy. The club also doesn't seem that relaxing to me (maybe because of the size).
It's about a 4-5 minute walk from any DL gate in Concourse D. I wouldn't pay the $17.50 they are charging for it, but if you have an Amex that will get you in for free, it isn't a bad place to go.

I've seen pictures of what this lounge looked like before Airspace got there.; it was under UA. This is a big improvement; a night and day difference.
Ive been there before (it's usually fairly busy when I go) and am headed back that way this week, it sounds like nothing new has happened as far as food or entry policy at Airspace since DL's settled in. That's good. I'll try to report back.

I am in Baltimore now and will check out the lounge on Friday 3/2 when I depart. I will report what I find and any good details that will be helpful.
I am glad DL moved. B had dismal food, no lounge, and good luck finding a power outlet.

I am now at Airspace Lounge.
It is small but it works. Not busy. I count 10 folks here plus me at 12:45PM on friday.
I got a coupon for a free boozy drink or food item with my AMEX Plat. I could bring up to 2 guests.
The food is good. I had the Roast Beef Sandwich as my free item. Normally $6.95. Most expensive item is Airspace Chicken Caesar Salad for $7.95. Cheapest is Yougurt Parfait or fruit salad at $3.95.
Beer runs for $5 domestic, $7 import/premium, and $8 Local Favorites (Dogfish and the like). Wine $9-11 per glass. Champagne $10 (split) and $19-$30 (bottle).
Edit: I spoke with a bartender and your "usual" brands such as Smirnoff, Jack, Bacardi, etc are $5.50. Top shelf is $10. Normal prices it seems.
Free soda/coffee/tea/water and snack mix (good!). Self serve on these.
Plenty of power outlets everywhere except for the small bar.
A small workstation-like area sectioned off with glass and has a printer.
I have menu pictures and a pic of my food that I will share when I get chance to upload them.

BWI check-in requirement change
Some of those who don't know that DL is change the bag cutoff time requirement. The check-in time requirement is 45 minutes.
Here the list:
https://www.delta.com/traveling_chec.../requirements/
Please give yourself more extra time to come at airports early. You must come at airport is 1.5 hours in advance before departed flight from BWI.
