DTW-NGO B/E status?
I've been curiously following the hard-to-find updates on the lay-flat B/E seat installation on DL's fleet of 747-400. I'll be traveling from DTW to NGO in B/E next week and since my booking it has stated my aircraft is to be a 747-400.
Many weeks ago, I gave up and accepted that I'm not going to be getting a new lay-flat B/E seat and I'm honestly perfectly content with the 176-degree "flat" ones.
However, just now I was browsing around the internet and found this blog. To save you the hassle of reading through the lengthy blog post, let me just give you the highlight:
The blog shows a photo of the new lay-flat seats with a caption of "Delta Business Elite Seats to Nagoya". Also, the blog post is from March 2011.

Do you think their equipment got changed to a 767? Or is it a typo (since the rest of the blog text talks of going to Narita, not Nagoya)?

The picture looks like a 777. The 767-300ERs didn't start to go in for lie-flat refurbs until after that blog was posted.
Also at over 6500 miles I don't think a 767 has the range to make it....

So, either she mis-typed "Nagoya" when she meant "Narita", or there was an equipment change from 747 to 777. Good enough for me.
