MQMs
I believe that if one purchases a coach fare then upgrades with sky pesos the MQMs earned would be based on the coach fare, not the upgrade (that is to say no bonus MQMs for flying F). Is that correct? Thanks!

That is correct. MQMs are based on the purchased fare, not the upgraded fare. But if the purchased coach fare is Y, B or M you will get the same 50% MQM bonus that you would get with a paid first class fare.
