Why aren't you willing to shell out for it?

It's one of those (rare) things on airplanes that actually is just about worth the price.

Really now? Any idea when they expire? The 90210 code would be great for November when I have 5 transcons.

I actually bought the 24 hour pass before because I had a connecting flight and but it turns out it was a one time pass. I flew from DCA to ATL and because I thought it was an unlimited 24 hour use pass, I used it on that flight. Lo and behold, when I got on my ATL-LAS flight, the pass would not work and I had to buy a new pass.

Has that happened to anyone else?

To add to that, I never saw any fine print on the website and it was not until I got my email confirmation that the pass is only valid for a single use.

Therefore, it makes no sense to get a 24 hour pass. Save yourself the 12.95 or even the 25% discount and go with a flight pass of $4.95.

Wait... that can't be right. The 24 hour pass should be good for 24 hours, not just a single flight. Thats why its called the Delta '24-hour pass'.

Did you go through some other broken link? I thought most people got it through the link on the DL website.

Purchased from DL.com instead of Gogo's site.

This Delta 24 hour pass purchased pre-flight is valid on all Gogo-equipped Delta flights and can be used for a full day of inflight internet access or on any Gogo Pass $12.95 or less on Delta airlines. Check Delta airline availability.

This code is good for a single use. Use of the Gogo service requires registration and is subject to the terms if use available at gogoair.com. This offer may not be combined with any other discount or promotion. No cash value. Promotion codes will not be replaced. Gogo reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of this promotion or cancel the promotion at any time. Void where prohibited by law. Gogo is a registered trademark of Gogo LLC and its affiliates.

If for any reason you experience any issues using your codes to access Gogo while in the air, please contact Gogo Customer Care. You can chat live with a Customer Care team member on www.gogoair.com or via email at [email protected].

So the 25% off pre-flight purchase gives you a code that you then use to purchase another pass in flight? If thats the case, then it sounds like its easy to accidentally use it for a single flight pass instead of the 24 hour pass while in the air?

I was being facetious (take a good look at what I posted), but it seems the GoGo folks have a sense of humor:

This has happened to me too! I couldn't figure out what the point of the 24 hour pass is, if it's only good on one flight, I was just pay the one flight option.

Maybe our gogo rep can explain the point of that??

Also for the gogo rep, you guys really should work on offering service in the airport. I would totally buy a monthly pass and not a per flight pass if it wasn't just for my flights, but also for on the ground. It would eliminate the need for having two monthly passes

Awe, boo dude.

Since there are flight numbers like 1492 to CMH, 1776 to PHL and 1849 to SFO, it only stands to reason that other people get their rocks off with funny promo codes.

I guess what threw me off initially was that you didn't dial Jenny, you dialed a 7-11 in Jersey City. (it's 867-5309)
