Important question - did he get miles for the full length of the trip, or only up to the point he de-planed?

he did not get all the miles or his bonus miles, if you see the special in the discovery channel, it seems like he was Kettle to me. he was flying toward the back of the plane.

He did not check in any bags either.

That was a VDB so not nearly as lucrative as an IDB. If he would have done it in Europe he could have really scored

Uh, duh, NO!!!

He jumped from Boeing 727 belonging to Northwest Orient Airlines over in the (Really Discontinued in the 1980's Airline Name) Forum.
