Sorry but I find some of TH's posts offensive and usually avoid threads that he starts. My view of FT is that we are first a community trying to help one another make the best of frequent travel.

What specifically offended you about me making the point that many European nations were responsible for slavery for centuries? I assume you either did not understand what I was saying or do not agree that Europeans were a part of it.
