Does this e-cert have any value?
I need to move my brother's SkyMiles into my account. (all the pertinent numbers have been xxxed out) Is there any value in the entry below? No idea
about 3/5/11- it is after my brother died. I haven't notified Delta yet because I was waiting for a zero balance on his AMEX card. If there is any value, I'd like to use it since it probably won't transfer.
Status Certificate # Certificate Type Ref # Name on Cert Value Exp Date
open xxxxxxxx Delta e-Cert xxxx N/A 0 $ off 4/12/11
Description: dollars off fare discount
Redemption Code: xxxxxx
Balance History 03/05/2011 Certificate issued xxxxxx

It looks like the eCert is part of the $50 off promo for flights to few select locations. Honestly, unless you're planning on flying to those European cities by April 12, it isn't worth it.
EDIT: FlyingHigh20 beat me to it!
