SkyClub membership card with DM credentials?
 

Does the SkyClub membership card come with the DM credentials package or does it come separately? My sister forwarded my DM package to me (USA to Bulgaria) but there was no SkyClub card. I think I remember it came separately last year. Does anyone know about this year? Thanks

I received my lounge card first, still haven't received my DM credentials.

Same here. I've only needed the club while flying Delta/KLM, so I don't know what would have been if I didn't have the Skyclub card, but it was nice to have.

Update: Mine arrived 16-Mar.

My Diamond luggage tag was a casualty of JFK today. It was there when I rechecked my bag after immigation, but when I reclaimed my bags in Seattle it had been totally removed from my bag - no trace of it ever being there whatsoever. My old plastic tag is still on there, but the Diamond tag is gone forever.

Given the sturdy construction of the tag and connector, I highly suspect this was another case of baggage handlers trying to remove these tags from circulation. I understand where they're coming from, I suppose - the edges are a bit sharp - but completely removing the tag from a bag and discarding it is a bit harsh. This sort of crap is par for the course with JFK, though.

(I doubt it was ripped off by baggage machinery; the way my luggage is designed, it would have had to take out part of the handle to come off except via human intervention. Also, there's a lip I tuck my bag tags under to keep them out of the way, so it shouldn't have been flapping around to begin with.)

((I suppose it could have happened in Seattle, too, but i've had no prior issues with baggage handling in Seattle with the DM tags...))

Do those of us who have yet to receive the new credentials have anything in common? Is there at least a common solution?

I had posted a couple lines above, got mine last week. I did have to call twice. This was first diamond level achievement -- if your looking for commonality.
