History of past years rollover dates (either in mass or began to post)

2020 scheduled for January 6th
2019 on January 7th (Monday, starting at mid-late morning in ATL)
2018 on January 8th
2017 on January 10th
2016 on January 12th
2015 on January 13th
2014 on January 14th
2013 on January 2nd
2012 on January 8th
2011 on January 5th
2010 on January 14th

Congrats of the first "OMG, where's my rollover!" post of the new year (okay, it may have been a bit too low-key to qualify). But I'd expect you've been around long enough to at least know that it's not at all "very strange".

Is there any one thing that drives the quite variable dates for rollover?
Day of the week, or whether Jan 1 is a weekend, or something?

there's one guy at Delta who gets paid to pull the big lever marked "ROLLOVER" and it just depends on when he gets back from vacation

It's been either the second Monday or Tuesday of the month for the last 5 years (mostly second Tuesday).
