Code-share KLM question
I booked a flight with KLM over the holiday to LED. I knew the flight would be a combo of Delta/KLM/aeroflot from past trips. How ever my LED-AMS segment turned out to be a a KLM code share on Rossiya.
Will I get my miles on this flight?
Also side note I know it takes a bit longer for partners to show up but I've lost my ticket stub for my aeroflot flight, if they dont show up am I sol on submitting for my miles for that flight with out it?

For LED-AMS, if you booked your ticket on delta.com or klm.com, you will have the KL flight number on your reservation and you will get the mileage. If you booked on an other website and if you have the KL flight number on your ticket, it should be OK.
About your SU flight, you should claim the SM on delta.com and all you need is the e-ticket number.

Hope it helped.

While all Delta code flights earn miles, all KLM coded flights do not. As stated on the Delta website re KLM flights:
Only applies to KLM, PrivatAir, City Hopper flights, and KL coded SkyTeam partners

I got burned in a case like this, where my open-jaw AMS-VIE and then BUD-AMS only got me SkyMiles on the AMS-VIE leg which was KL operated. BUD-AMS was on Malev and Delta told me no miles. But did have access at BUD lounge.

Well I called and got a request put in on Monday and my aeroflot miles showed up but I got this for the LED-AMS KLM leg. When I booked the ticket it simply said it was a KLM flight nothing about Rossiya. I'm not going to make gold because of this and a mileage run I took will be in vain.... Is there any course of action thats worth taking?
