AMEX point discrepancy

AMEX point discrepancy

There is a pretty big discrepancy on what I spent on my reserve card and the amount of points I received to my SM account.

Who do I contact? Delta or AMEX? If AMEX, is there a special number or person or just call the number on the card?

I'd call the number on the back of your card. AMEX are the one's who send in to DL to post the miles, so I would contact them about any discrepancy.

There is a delay in posting to your account. There are a lot of "pending" miles in my current account (on the order of like 220k) but you should be able to see that.
