If you're asking about the 767-300ERs, the likelihood is poor. Other threads have noted that the plans call for conversions of the 777-200ERs and remaining 767-400ERs by start of summer 2011 flying, with the 744s and 767-300ERs maybe a year behind. Completion ~2013.

The 7 767-300ERs used for 12+ hour missions ("76T") are scheduled to have the flat-bed conversion completed by next summer as well. You can definitely find these planes on JFK-AMM and JFK-CAI.

I don't think the 744s will go into mods until Fall 2011, so you're probably out of luck. As baccarat0809 suggested, if you want lie-flat seats, take the 77L from ATL-NRT.
