SkyMiles for September Purchases (SunTrust) - Have they posted for anyone yet?
Simple question - has anyone see their miles for sept. purchases on the check card post to thei skymiles account yet? In the past they would always post around the 4th of the following month, but this month I havent seen anything yet. Figured I would check here first before trying to deal with SunTrust customer service...

Haven't seen anything yet either. I did get a new SkyMiles check card in the mail though. Looks like they're changing from Visa To MasterCard. I've wondered if this has anything to do with it. If you call in, let me know what they say. It's been on my list of things to do, but I figured they'll get around to it eventually so I've been putting it off.

My miles post about three days following my statement. I expect October to post any day now. But, as noted, the new MasterCard may mess with that initially.

I sent in an email to SunTrust customer service this morning and it looks like they are claiming that there was a glitch and that things would be corrected in November. I'm starting to suspect that the switchover from Visa to MasterCard is the cause. Not unheard of but I guess we'll just have to sit and see what happens...
