E-Cert Question

In reviewing my e-certs tonight (checking to make sure my upcoming international itinerary SWU were used), I noticed a new cert. I am not sure of the reason for having the cert and it shows a description of FPOC IFS.

Anyone have any ideas to what this may be related?

Did you have a recent in-flight issue? There was a thread a few months back on First Point of Contact - similar to the UA SkyKits.

The only thing I can think of was my first leg on the way to LAS last week - assisted with an in-flight medical emergency (am a volunteer EMT and noticed some concern on the part of the lead FA). Nothing wrong on today's flights, other than an unposted delay - one of the GA that I chat with at BWI caught it and offered to move me to another set of flights to avoid the delays.

That would trigger it - helping out in a medical emergency does qualify for a FPOC voucher.

Well, there is a second time for everything. My first ever medical was in the terminal and earned me 10K miles. Have had four other incidents so far this year, this is the first time I have seen a credit come through, so was curious.

Thanks!
