I couldn't get the link to work for either DCA or IAD so far. (Man, it'd be nice to have one of these nice bonuses I could actually use for once)

MQMs earned through Amex miles boosts count toward the calendar year they were earned in (even if they post in January for activity in the previous year), so I would bet heavily that this promo's MQMs will count for 2010 accumulation

Crap...
Just had to share since I got the email invitation for the RDU promotion today as well; however, I just completed my final RDU trip on Tuesday as I am relocating and will be heading out from BDL beginning next week.
I'm slightly bummed--to say the least--that I've completed over 60,000 MQMs from RDU since February.
Here's hoping they add a Northeast city into the mix...To everyone else...enjoy!
