getting e-credit to post to delta.com account?? problem

getting e-credit to post to delta.com account?? problem
Hey,
so I was able (apparently) over the phone to get 2 unused legs of tickets
(one Paris to DTW and another DTW--> lax) canceled and issued as e-credit minus the 250 and 150 change fees.
It turned out to be around 450ish dollars.
However, the agents said that they should have posted to my delta.com account.
I signed in, went to profile, then ecredits tab, and nothing.
I've never gotten an e-credit specific to my FF # before, so I'm looking for advise.
What do I need to do?
I'm worried that if I just rely on remembering to enter the old ticket number as the e-credit number when I buy my next flight that I may forget about these two e-credits...
(if it doesn't get posted to my delta.com account, thank goodness for gmail search)
