Probably a dumb question...
So, it's been a very long time since I've used a travel agent to make any travel arrangements, when a reservation on delta.com is listed as confirmed, that means it has not been ticketed yet, correct? I know this was the case with NW but wasn't sure if it's the same with DL.
I'm not overly worried about it but as I've so rarely used a TA, just wanted to make sure this was normal.
Thanks!

Generally Delta will ticket immediately...in the confirmation e-mails that I get a minute or so after booking, there has always been a 006 ticket number in there right away.

The reservation shows as confirmed - I've received no communication from Delta with ticket numbers, etc. and I'm guessing I won't as I booked with a travel agent not with Delta. I was hoping it would be seamless, but now I'm not so sure. That's what I get for trying to save a little time. LOL

Since you bought through a TA, it's the TA who has responsibility for notifying you of flight changes.

If your ticket has a 006 ticket number you can log in to the DL site and have them re-email your recent with your ticket numbers and flights, sometimes if there is more than one person on the reservation email providers will mark the DL tickets as spam and send them all to the spam folder, Gmail is known for this. If you receive your mail through a desktop client such as Apple Mail or Outlook you may need to log into the web mail interface and check the span folder there.

If you have a frequent flyer number, it's easy to look up your itineraries, probably not as easy on nwa.com, but doable.
You can also check in on line.
