Programs: DL KM/DM/2MM (NH Plat emeritus, CO Plat emeritus, and no place like home)

I logged in few times this morning to check something in my statement history, and I get...

Medallion® Qualification Segments (previous year): -1

We are unable to retrieve your account information at this time. Please try again in a few minutes.
Instead of my usual information. On the box (top left) I get the correct mileage status and medallion status, but no history and info for sometime.
Is there scheduled maintenance taking place?
