another data migration
An elite line agent told me that another bigger data migration to merge the NW and DL reservation systems is scheduled for this weekend. So, once again everyone, watch your flights and especially your seats.
I think some of the process may have already started. An incorrect version of my NW trip (NW metal, NW flight numbers, and NW ticket stock) just magically appeared on delta.com for me, with my reserved seats gone. Both NW and DL show the same new flight numbers, changed again after the numbers for these flights changed sometime in the fall. I spent a lot of time tonight trying to convince myself that all is well for my travel and trying to do OLCI for tomorrow's flight. I hope the computer lets me fly home!
