e-Rewards / e-Miles ???

Does anyone participate in e-Rewards / e-Miles with SkyMiles? I keep getting invitations to join from Delta, is it worth it? Seems like an easy way to earn a few miles at no cost, is this true? Or am I missing something here?
Thanks.

I use both. e-Rewards earns more miles and is more time consuming but less consistent as it is based on your profile. e-Miles earns less miles but only takes a few minutes a week (less than 5). Other than your time, there is no cost to either program.

They Work

I have been doing e-Rewards the better part of last year and reached the $100 point by years end. Cashed it in for 2K Skymiles which posted to my account within 5 minutes, so not too shabby. It is a pain to take those surveys, but hey...miles is miles. E-Miles I just joined, so we'll see what happens with that.

You can only claim a reward every 90 days, and you lose 75% of the untransferred balance at the end of the year.

I used to be pretty big on e-rewards when they offered the NWA $25 and $50 certs but now at 1000 miles for each "$50" its not quite the value it once was.

E-Rewards is garbage IMO. they expire too fast, the 'rewards' are not that great. most $ for $ awards are actually coupons -- so if you accumulate $50 in rewards, you can redeem that for "$50 off $150" or something like that at a certain retailer. Kinda worthless.

E-miles is easy, each 5 mile earn takes less than 30 seconds. I earn 500 miles every couple of months. I never do any more than earn 5 - 10 miles at a time -- never actually participate in the offers -- maybe thats why the other poster is gathering 5K/year. I'm no where near that.

i've used both in the past but gave up on e-rewards. e-miles is real easy, and every now and then there is something available for free beyond the 5-10 miles per item. something a long the lines of the pitney-bowes mail center for 1500 miles (free if returned within 30 days, etc).
