Operating carrier or marketing carrier?

For mileage it is based on the ticketed carrier.
U get mileage based on the Airline (flight#) you ticketed.
If you are on KE metal and purchased a DL ticket u get mielage based on DL rules. If u are on a KE ticket on DL metal you can get DL mileage based on the KE rules.
