Hello Everyone!
I just got upgraded to Silver Medallion today, and had a question. I have a itinerary booked for a couple days from now, and I noticed when I go to Book A Flight on Delta.com, there is a new checkbox that says "Request Upgrade".
Does this old itinerary that I booked before I was a FO already have a Upgrade Request? Anywhere to check? If not, do you know how I can request one?
Thank you in advance, and Happy Holidays!

Congratulations on making FO. I would call to have your number removed and re-entered to make sure your new status is reflected and get you preferred seating and on the upgrade list.

You can go into your itineraries section on Delta.com. At the bottom of your flight details look for your name and SkyMiles number. It should say:
John Smith
Delta Air Lines # 123456789
SkyMiles
Silver Medallion/Elite
If it does, the right-hand column of your flight details will say something like "Upgrade" and then each flight will either say Requested, Not Eligible or Request with a check box. If the upgrade has not been requested simply tick the box to enter the request.
If the SkyMiles information does not list your elite status you will need to delete your SkyMiles number and re-enter it. This can be done online by removing your SkyMiles number and then accessing your itinerary with the PNR and re-entering your SkyMiles number. There should be a link near your name offering you the option to change your frequent flyer number.

Hi Andy,
Thank you for the quick response! So I would just call Delta and ask them to remove and re-enter my Skymiles number? What are they removing it from?
Thanks again!

Hi,
I just called Delta to remove and re-enter my SkyMiles number, but they said I already flew my incoming flight, but not my returning yet so they couldn't add it.
I don't see an option anywhere to remove my SkyMiles number online. Do you happen to know where that would be?
Thanks.
