Please help me get my refund!

I bought this REFUNDABLE TICKET for about 3500 DOLLARS.
(MORE EXPENSIVE ONES)
I already used first part of my ticket.
I won't be able to make 15 DEC TPA->ATL->ICN.
I called Delta for refund, they said I received paper tickets in ATL on Aug 20.
But I never received paper tickets. I always use e-tickets for travel. There wasn't any reason for me to get paper tickets.
When I was at ICN on Aug 20, I used my e-ticket.
When I arrived @ ATL on Aug 20,my Tampa flight gate was changed, I think it was also delayed. I never got my paper tickets and used my e-ticket to come to Tampa.
I already went to Tampa International Airport and put in the request for refund. But no words from Delta. Delta agent at the airport also told me that I needed paper tickets for refund. I'm kinda worried that I won't get my refund. I e-mailed them, called them, went to them.
What should I do?????

Do you have your receipt? It should say E-Ticket on it. If for some reason they issued you paper tickets you absolutely would need them for the refund (in cash anyway) just like if you bought something at a store.
