Delta Postinf Dates
Anyone know if delta is going to fix/change/improve the way they display the transactions on the website? It is very frustrating.
1. Many transactions don't have a posting date, so i see my balance go up by about 18k points for example, but i have no idea why. I assume 10k is the 10k promotion bonus, but i can't tell as it just gets mixed in with everything else.
2. I see redemption tansactions from 2007/2008 on the transaction screen but many transactions from this year are only visible on the monthly statements.
3. It would be nice if the columns were sortable and there was a posting column and they took the transaction type and made it into its own column. It visually distracting when many rows of transaction all start with the same words.
4. Also why on most of the "Non Air Activity" is the miles column populated and not the total miles column?

Solution: www.nwa.com
View your SkyMiles statement there formatted a lot more clearly and easier to read, better sortable (thought not exactly how you want it), etc. (If only DL would keep the nwa.com far superior web site, including things done there far better such as a clear and readable mileage stating showing actual flight #s, flight dates & posting dates, fare class paid & flown, etc. -- all of which delta.com, of course, lacks.)
What you can do is copy and paste the nwa.com output into Excel and then sort it how you'd like to, however.

I never knew i could log into nwa.com with my delta info. the format for statements is much better and great for copying into excel. the only missing item is the posting date. Visually though i like delta's. Just easier to read, but the nwa content is far superior.
thanks.
thanks.

Most of us are hoping delta.com changes the format of their FF data soon.
