^ for the NWA EUA system, seems like it's in place still. I know there was another thread with comments on this.

Curious for those who have been UG'd (I know FTI and RichMSN were NW PE's), any non NWA PE get EUA or BF UG on NW metal for Award tix recently?

RichMSN/FTI, were you guys flying on your WP# or your SM#? I'd speculate only NW FF#'s are working for the NW metal award UG's...

The EUA system and the airport upgrade system are different animals. It's pretty clear that NW has not yet turned off airport upgrades for Plats (and Golds?) on award tickets. You get added to the queue upon check-in, and in your rightful place (at the top). But has anyone on recent award flights been upgraded BEFORE OLCI?

I used my SM number. They said to use that for any new bookings and mine was new so I was being a good boy

SkyMiles. I'm a good boy and have been using my SM number since I was told to.

Don't think it was published, but I've always gotten upgrades on award tickets, even on the domestic legs of international coach awards.

This is how upgrades always worked (both EUA & battlefield) for NW Plats before Delta showed up & trashed everything. A single companion in the same reservation as a Plat was always treated as a Plat.

NW Gold companions received no special preference.
