Where to request SkyMiles credit for a Continental flight
Flew Continental a few weeks back. Only one leg showed up as MQM credit in my SkyMiles account. Having one hell of a time figuring out where to request the SkyMiles credit from on continental.com, it must be buried very nicely on their site 
Anyone ever do this online, can you point me to the link? Thanks.

Request for credit is processed by Delta.
I haven't gotten mileage credit from one of Delta's SkyMiles Partners. How can this be fixed?
It can take between 30 and 90 days for a qualifying Delta or Delta Connection® flight or qualifying partner's mileage to be recorded.
If it doesn't process, one will need to use the mail.

Fax the ticket and boarding pass to 404 715 9220 and ask for the credit. Normally takes a day or two depending. Let us know if you get it.
