Gatwick Arrival BE Class

I know the Delta arrival lounge and Sofitel access have both been closed but is there any place to get a shower? I am an Admirals and Sky Club Member FWIW.

Cheers`

I don't think so. There was talk of a 25pound pass option at the Sofitel, but I don't know if they are still doing that.

I can't see the Sofitel going to the expense of closing its facilities.

Also, I don't remember the Sofitel being closed for DL pax when I was there in June. They didn't announce the option in the plane or at debarkation but it was definitely free for PM's and BE pax.

The Sofitel might still have the arrival lounge, but DL might not contract to use it anymore, especially with so few flights into Gatwick now. If I remember correctly, BA and Emirates both also contracted to use that lounge at the Sofitel.

CO used to also, but I don't know whether they still do.

One for two

Tried the Sofitel Lounge but no luck. It was open (@0600) and could be used for 25 Pounds but I passed. On the return flight yesterday, when I checked in the agent gave me a pass to the BA Lounge. Nice facility and glad I checked a bag on the return. Might have missed out if I had not checked in at the airport.

Cheers
