Is it the same aircraft?
After about 20 of the typical DL schedule changes, I have an itinerary next week that has me flying ATL-MSP on DL 376 and then MSP-ATL on DL 1725 with a 46 minutes layover in-between. DL 1725 is the last flight of the day. Can one of our DL employee posters confirm if these flights are scheduled on the same aircraft? If the flights are operated with the same a/c, I won't worry if we depart ATL late. If the flights are operated with different a/c, I will try to SDC onto an earlier departure from ATL
The usual method of looking online at the arrival and departure gates at MSP doesn't work. A gate is listed tomorrow for the arrival of DL 376 but no gate is listed for the departure of DL 1725.

Exactly. Pre-merger, one could reasonably assume that they were operated with the same MD88. Now it seems anything goes.
That's why I need an employee to check it out.
BTW, it will def be carry-on only for me.

MSP is still an out-station for DL South metal. Only DL-South metal flights into MSP are ATL (all ATL-MSP are South) and the LHR flight. SLC and JFK have now gone to all North metal, and CVG is all Connection.
