Cheapest airline to Havana is Cubana. Holguin to Havana is only US$122 each way.

What are the cheapest flights we can find to Havana from abroad?

In addition to what is already mentioned above, there are numbers of charter flights from Canada, and iirc there are flights from MEX, MID and CUN. I'd start with those - see what combination of US-connection-Cuba works best.

From nearly every bigger airport in europe (LGW, MAD, MXP, AMS, FRA, MXP) there are charter flights and regular flights.

VS, AB, DE and Blue Panorama seem to be the cheapest.

There are no flights from the land of the free to Cuba?
What a stupid joke!

There are many flights to Cuba each day from major U.S. cities. Getting on them is a bit difficult and they are expensive (think $500 r/t from Miami, which is just highway robbery for a 90mile American Eagle flight...)
