Prince Albert II

We are taking an Antarctic cruise, and I wondered if anyone has been on this ship since it was refurbished by Silversea in May. Can't wait to go!

I've not had the pleasure yet, but there is lots of current info on this ship at cruisecritic.com (membership is free!). Here's an example:

Sounds like fun!

But is there anyone else who saw this thread title and wanted to ask Dorlee if he/she had Prince Albert in a can?

We are looking to do a cruise on the PA II in August 2010, so just hoping that someone might have been on the boat since the OP and can post a few comments please.

Thumbs up Been - done that !

Just thought I would come back and post since we did the cruise.

We went on the PA II - 12 days Arctic cruise - from Longyearbyen to Tromso. The boat, crew, staff, food, absolutely everything was fantastic. We really enjoyed the trip and the Silverseas style of cruising.

Did they have a worthless Filapino piano player in the bar area? We kept asking him to quit, but he just kept on making noise. At least he turned the volume lower.
