Need more information as to what you like to do, how far from home you like to roam, how long you have, do you want the best of everything or a low price cruise or something in the middle. Also, where do you want to go. Greek Isles are nice. We did a UK based cruise last year. Does Alaska or Hawaii grab you? How about Australia? Do you like mega-liners or small ships.
