Two great sources

I thought I'd pass on two great sources for those who love to cruise.
Cruisecritic.com is the best "flyertalk" style cruise community in the web.It can also lead you to other great sources. It's where I found Moment's Notice.
moments-notice.com can often beat the best of the cruise discounters.I just booked a March 7 night cruise for $339 p.p.(before port charges and tax)on Celebrity's Horizon. This ocean view ,cat. 4. They actually have a $99 5 day cruise available. It's $25 for membership, but they refunded my money upon booking (I didn't join until I was ready to book).

Thanks jabez, I bookmarked both links.
Looked at your trip, looks good to me. When you add all other fees, is it still a bargain?
And where is Progresso, Mexico? It's on your trip.

With all fees it comes to $497 pp. Progreso is one of the reasons I chose this cruise. It allows a shore excursion to Chichen Itza the famous Myan ruins. I tend to like cruises that have interesting ports and good food. Horizon fits and the price was hard to turn down.

Thanks jabez.
I looked at your www, I think you will like Chichen Itza and the following link.

"Chichen Itza is in the south of Yucatan Peninsula in Mexico.
It means "Where the Wise Men of the Water live"
And the trive which conquered this city in 10th century is called "Itza."
Each construnction has a kind of weird story,
which makes this site very exciting."

I booked directly on the website (Celebrity) and got an even BETTER deal....we are going Jan 18th (very peak time) on Celebrity's Galaxy...upgraded room to ocean view, 7-nights Caribbean....for $675 all included...that's $337.50 PP including port/taxes....I used miles to get to Puerto Rico.
I did book a while ago....don't know if these great prices still exist...happy hunting!

A great price. I hope your cruise is great. The cruises from PR are real bargains now.Moment's to Moment even had one at $100 (I think it was 5 days). I considered them (especially the Galaxy),but my personal preference was based on the ports.Celebrity had the Horizon about $200+ more pp on their web.
