Need help with a Scenic Eclipse cruise

We are looking at two possible Scenic Eclipse cruises in 2025. From what I've read, the cruises are great but Scenic is horrible to deal with. What is the best way to find an expert with experience dealing with Scenic? Thanks

I haven't book a Scenic but have used this person for many cruises with different lines. She has always been very good. Might try and give her a try. Just remember that if you book through an agent then any changes or issues before the cruise must go through the agent. I trust Susan and she has always gotten me a better deal than direct. I do usually buy the cruise insurance through the cruise line ( these days Celebrity) because it's less expensive and covers what we need.

As with all cruise, best way to find an expert is to seek an advisor whose agency is partnered Scenic, and has sufficient cruise experience.

We just got back from an 8 day Scenic river cruise. We used the below agent who was great as she coordinated 3 different groups in 3 different locations for the cruise. We arranged our own travel to/from the cruise itself, but she handled the reservations and the few questions we had prior to sailing. It was our first real cruise and we were happy enough with her to book another cruise through her for next year.

I had heard all the same things you had about Scenic, but once onboard it was a great experience. We were very happy with the room, food, service and excursions.

Considering a Greenland expedition. Any recent reviews of this line?

Silversea and Seabourn have great itineraries for 2025. My clients are booked on the Silversea expedition which is almost sold out.

Hurtigruten X (Expeditions) has some nice looking Greenland sailings. A plus as far as I'm concerned is they leave from Iceland so you can spend some time there before the cruise.

I was very pleased with an HX "cruise" (MV Fridtjof Nansen) to Antarctica in December 2023. The food wasn't quite up to the quality of top cruise lines who invest in the best chefs and so on, but it was only half a notch down from there. Everything else was all that one could ask, especially the expedition crew. If their Greenland voyages are up to the same standard, you won't go wrong,
