Hello experts,

I hope somebody can share some information about a crossing of atlantic by ship from any port in europe arriving in Mexico, or basically anything that do not pass USA due to visa requirements.

Many thanks

I have seen several transatlantic crossings announced from Europe to Brazil, but nothing to Mexico.

Look at European cruise lines with home ports in the Caribbean, such as Barbados, Jamaica, or Cuba.

Just a quick Q:

OP wants a ship that embarks anywhere in Europe and

a) terminates at any port in Mexico? or

b) visits any port in Mexico?

i think the main idea was transatlantic (to europe not africa) that is not from/to US (and PR and USVI)

Many of the transatlantic cruises have an intermediate stop at a Caribbean port prior to the US. You can ask to disembark at that port. Most ultimately end up in the US. Best bet is to contact a travel agent who can help you in Mexico or call the cruise company you are interested in directly.

silversea allows custom itinerary - "Personalized Voyage"
minimum 5 nights and different countries for start / stop

Thank you all for your inputs.
Mainly the idea is: departing from any port in Europa to get somehow to Mexico, without having to pass though US or any teritorry which requires US visa.

cruise to caribbean / south america then connect to mexico

but also, if there are stops in US areas along the way, dont have to get off

so length makes a difference, certainly many stop in mexico, central america, panama canal, etc

if talking to cruise travel agents, would probably make sense to talk to ones based in europe, and perhaps south america

If the OP is asking from a perspective of cannot transit through the US at all, then just planning on not getting off in a US stop won't work as they won't be allowed to board the ship if they don't have the ability to enter the US (either through citizenship, visa, or visa waiver - with appropriate documentation).

Best to completely avoid an itinerary with the US on it at all if that is the situation.

I did a quick search. Couldn't find a passenger cruise line itinerary that meets OP's needs.

Maybe a freighter that takes passengers while sailing Europe->S. America->Central America?

Quote: usually happens late in the year - September through December
P&O or Star Clipper to Barbados
Costa to Martinique or Guadeloupe
Thomson to Barbados

custom silversea >
spain/portugal to bermuda
portugal to turks and caicos

published silversea >
spain (and gibraltar and morocco) to bardados

hapag lloyd has brazil to costa rica, unfortunately they do (costa rica and) brazil to europe not from europe
i have seen them do venezuela in the past (to/from europe) currently also doing to montevideo as well as africa

i imagine there are cruises that connect to very close to mexico very quickly, but theyre still going to be long

actually, combining two different cruiselines might work as well
