Disney cruise help

I looked, but didn't see any threads dealing with strategies to get free or near free cruises.
My wife and I are looking to take a Disney cruise with our 3 year old son and another on the way. So far I found $200 sign up bonus from Disney credit card there isn't much else I found that works with Disney. I'm thinking ill have to use other cards that offer better cash back rewards.

Help!!!

If you're looking for free (or even much of a discount), look for another cruise line. Disney's booking percentages are the envy of the industry; they generally do not need to discount to fill their cabins.

In the rare cases they are not booking to capacity (e.g. Galveston), the Disney Cruise Line website will list promotions such as kids sail free, military discount, etc. That's about alll you're going to get for Disney discounts!

I'm not the OP, clacko, but I can offer one thought. Disney offers child care at all ages, which no other cruise line does. That way mommy and daddy can go to the spa, have an elegant dinner, or go dancing at a club with complete confidence that their little one is being taken good care of.

Of course another reason is for people like me who simply love the Disney experience and quality--I'd sail Disney even without kids at all!

free Disney cruises in 2013

Disney cruise line offers "kids sail free" cruises in 2013 (http://www.shipcruise.org/disney-cru...uise-kids-free) these are always low-season discounted sailings on which your "Disney kids" cruise for free! In 2013 such discounts will be available on Disney Magic ship (departing Galveston, Texas) for 6 & 8 night itineraries between Jan 4 and March 1. I've read many posts suggesting buying Disney cruises from other sites than the Disney website (cheaper).
