We will be sailing on the Eclipse in January. What are the recomendations for speciality resturants? I have to the Tuscan Grill on other ships and found it pretty nice. But on the Eclipse there is a resturant I have never heard of on Celebrity. Anyone out there had any experience with this ship?

Have you gone to the Celebrity board on cruisecritic.com? Also read the reviews for the ship on that website. I just did that because we may do a European on Eclipse but I have no personal recommendations as I haven't sailed on that ship.

You know, something like "Specialty Restaurant Recommendations On Eclipse?"
Unfortunately, after clicking into the thread, I now know that's about all the help I can offer...

Murano is our favorite restaurant aboard Eclipse. You can see photos of some dinner entrees here: http://luxurycruisebible.blogspot.co...no-aboard.html
Qsine is also very good but go hungry because you'll be tempted to order too much and the portions are huge.
I wasn't a fan of Tuscan Grill. It was fine but not "great" or amazing".
You'll have a fabulous time on your cruise. Eclipse is a lovely ship.

For a less lavish specialty restaurant, try out Bistro on 5. They offer the most wonderful combination of crepes (main dish or dessert style - YUM) and the restaurant is rarely full. The service charge is only $5.00 a person - for all you may care to eat -- and worth every cent. As in the name, Bistro on 5 is located on Deck 5 on all the Solstice class Celebrity ships. It's where we usually head on boarding day -- to avoid the masses headed for the buffet.
