Cards I Carry and Advice Please!

I am hoping that I can get some advice on my credit card optimization and I hope to receive some suggestions for a new card.

A little about myself first... I am in my mid-20s and use Fidelity to manage all my assets (brokerage account, Roth IRA, and a mySmart Cash Account). I currently carry:

-AMEX Platinum
-Visa Worldperks
-Fidelity Visa Debit Card

I am really enjoying the AMEX Platinum card, and I put roughly 75% of all my purchases on it. As many of you know, the Visa Worldperks card is getting replaced by a generic US Bank travel card-- one in which I will not activate. I plan on using the AMEX Platinum for a majority of my purchases, but want to replace my Visa Worldperks card with another VISA branded card. I want something kind of fun, a card I would probably just be putting $500 on per month. I few "fun" suggestions I had in mind are the Starbucks Duetto Visa or the Target Visa.

Any thoughts/suggestions?

Thanks in advance...

What benefits do you get/utilize from the Amex Plat other than flash value? Rather than the FIDO debit card, you may want to look into their cash back card.

Look for a cash back MC or Visa that will pay up to 3% in some categories. I like my Chase Professional MC - 3% restaurants, office supply and gas, 1% everywhere else. At only $500 a month you won't be racking up major points, so a card that will give you $50 back every once and awhile would be good. Chase also allows you to redeem points for gift cards at 1 cent per point I think.

Citi forward?

Cool design, no fee, 5x thank you points for purchases at restaurants, movie theaters, bookstores, music stores, amazon.com. 1x points elsewhere.

thank you points easily redeemable at 1 per point for gift cards or student loan payment checks.
