what is the effect of high utilization on score

If I use 100% of my credit limit in one particular month, on avg what would be effect on my credit score?

It really depends on your personal situation, how much credit is available to you, for how long you had your accounts and many other factors.

I have citi identity theft credit monitoring and they allow to run different scenarios. I assume that I will max out 6 of my cards with a total credit of 70k and my score dropped 72 points. When I maxed out just one card of 20k, the score dropped only 28 points.
