Unhappy Missing flight points with Premier Pass Elite cc

Last month I booked 3 internation flights from the states to HKG/Vietnam and am having problems getting points for those flights. On my statement, the airport code isn't correct - shows I flew XAA-XAO, not JFK-HKG-HAN. I've called PPE several times and every time, operator only is able to submit a request for me but I still have not gotten any response to those requests. Any idea how I can get this resolved? Is there a special number or person I can talk to?

I only have receipt/boarding passes for my flight flown but for the 2 relatives I got tickets for, they didn't save any of their info. Any info would be appreciated, thanks!

I've had this happen to me a couple of times when the airport codes didn't show up on the statement (it said XAA-XAO like you wrote above). I called the number on the card and they gave me the address to mail copies of the boarding passes and then they would credit me with the points. I don't know what you can do if you don't have the boarding passes for your relatives - it may just be too bad. Since this happened to me once, I tell everyone who I buy airline tickets for to save their boarding passes and submit them to me in case I have to mail in copies - most of the time I don't need to, but for the times that I do I make sure to have the boarding passes.

You can also fax/mail the receipt/e-ticket confirmation. It usually takes at least another one billing cycle until it shows up.

Oh if they'll accept an email receipt/confirmation, i have that. I just dont have everyone's boarding passes. Spoke w/ another rep yesterday about this and they said a letter was mailed out but i still haven't gotten it yet. Does anyone know the address/fax I need to send the paperwork to? Thanks again for the info, I think I might actually get the 50,000 points I earned!

I was told they no longer accept copies of boarding passes by fax. This is the mailing address I was given:
Chairman Customer Service
P.O. Box 45042
Jacksonville, FL 32232-5042
