Any debit cards allow you to earn mileage?

More than miles the debit cards even with fee don't have extended warranties etc. The only debit card that i have seen that has this feature is the
Schwab platinum debit card. (which is free!)
In the long run that is more useful than any cash back/points you get from 2:1 3:1 debit card programs.
