Credit card program with miles valid for Oz residents?

Credit card program with miles valid for Oz residents?
Was wondering if anyone knows of a credit card program with 25K bonus miles (or any bonus miles for that matter which can be used on UA) which will be issued to Australian residents??
I have been unsuccessful in trying to apply for the SPG credit card and the United MP credit card because I am NOT an US resident. Living so far away from United's main flight paths means I need help to keep my miles up but so far I have not been able to get a credit card that will issue to non US residents.

Do you know which one gives you points for SQ? At least SQ is part of the *A so maybe I can use points on UA??
