Lightbulb Wells Fargo Cards and the 0% Foreign Conversion Fee

So Wells Fargo offers many different credit cards with many different benefits. Some of the ones that I know of are:
NAME OF WELLS FARGO CREDIT CARD....................ANNUAL..APR..FOREIGN FEE
College Visa Card.............................................. ..$0.00...Varies......3%
Secured Visa Card.............................................. $18.00..18.99%....3%
Prime Rate Visa Card...........................................$19 .00..8.25%......3%
Home Rebate Card.............................................. $0.00...Varies.......3%
Cash Back Visa Card...........................................$0. 00...Varies.......3%
Visa Platinum Card.............................................. $0.00...Varies.......3%
Visa Signature Card............................................$0 .00...Varies.......0%
Visa Signature Prime Rewards Card........................$0.00...8.25%.......0%
The Private Bank By Invitation Visa Signature Card...$0.00...7.99%.......0%

Now does anyone have any more specifics on these cards? I have been told by the bank that the last three require an invitation by letter and you have to have an existing relationship with the bank in order to get the invitation. Your experiences are welcome.

all except the sig visa cards impose the egregious 3% forex fee. the prime rewards and private bank sig visa cards give double reward points on t&e expenses. also they have a $70 annual fee but i think they waive it if you ask (they did for me).

Link to the WF Signature Card?

The Signature Visa website links to the the plain plain WF Platinum Visa.

Earlier posts state the plain WF Platinum card carries a 3% forex fee. I see no mention of a Signature Visa WF card.

Can anyone provide a link to the forex fee free WF card?

TIA

I'm really think it is by invite only, or you have to have an established relationship with Wells Fargo. I had the platinum card for a number of years (and almost never used it) and out of the blue, they upgraded me. If it is invite only, the standards probably are not high.
